Introducing Tess Pitcher – the heart that keeps everything ticking behind the scenes at Oceanstays. As our Operations Manager, Tess is a powerhouse of expertise and passion, ensuring that every aspect of your stay is seamless from the moment you book to the moment you check out.

With a knack for both people and processes, Tess has become the guiding hand that keeps our operations running smoothly. With a degree from Hamburger University, Tess has managed multiple McDonald's franchises and partnered with her husband in their plumbing business, so Tess knows how to get things done efficiently and with a smile.

But it’s not just her impressive professional skills that make Tess a standout. She’s also a proud mother of two young boys, a beach lover and a proud Yamba homeowner, with a deep love for our local community. Her infectious energy and can-do attitude create an environment of joy and care that extends to every guest who walks through our doors.
