The floodwaters that temporarily turned our beloved coastal town into an exclusive (albeit slightly inconvenient) island have receded, and Clarence Valley Council are expected to give the all-clear for Yamba Road to reopen late this morning [Source: Clarence Valley Council Facebook Page].
